UFCB Clubhouse: privacy
The UFCB Clubhouse is United FC Beacon's members' site: your team, your matches and your record with the club. This page says what it keeps about you, why, and how to have it removed. Last updated October 2, 2026.
What we keep
- Your name and email address, so you can sign in and so your registration finds your account.
- Your team and role each season (player, captain, referee), from the club's registrations.
- What you do in the Clubhouse: whether you're in or out for a match, the goals and assists you and your teammates credit, player of the match votes, Call It score picks, referee reports, and messages in your team's chat and match rooms.
- Your record with the club: the teams and seasons you've played, from the club's own rosters.
- Your photo, if you add one: shown to signed-in members on your team's squad and your profile, and to referees for the pre-match roster check. Remove it any time in Me.
- Your acceptance of the club's paperwork (the waiver and the member application): the documents and versions you agreed to, the name you typed to sign, and when. Kept as the club's record.
- Photos and videos you choose to send through the club's upload link, with the credit you asked for.
We don't keep phone numbers, addresses, dates of birth or payment details in the Clubhouse.
Signing in with Google
If you choose "Continue with Google", Google tells us your name and your email address, and that Google has confirmed the address is yours. Nothing else: we never see your password or anything else in your Google account, and we don't ask for access to it.
Who sees it
- Your email address is seen only by the club's admins.
- Your photo is seen only by signed-in members and referees, never on public pages or posts.
- Your name, team and stats are seen by other signed-in members (the squad, results, the league's tables).
- Your name on the club's public posts (goal scorers, player of the match, photo credits) only appears if you leave "Show my name on the club's public posts" ticked in your settings. Untick it and you appear by team only.
- Team chats are for that team's players; match rooms for the two teams playing. Admins see a message only if someone reports it.
We don't sell or share your information with anyone, and we don't use it for advertising.
Where it's kept
On Google Cloud, in the club's own account. Sign-in emails are sent from the club's Gmail.
Deleting your account
In the Clubhouse, go to Me, then Delete my account. Your email, sign-in and settings are removed. The club keeps its sporting record under your name (the seasons and teams you played for, and the goals, assists and awards you earned), as any club keeps its history, and the record of the paperwork you accepted. Your photo is deleted with your account. To have your name removed from the history too, email the club.
